Neighborhood Block Party
We will be gathering at the half circle on Tarrington Way on Sunday, August 14th from 5-7 Come check out the complimentary food truck and Kona Ice. There will also be a bounce house, balloon artist, yard games, and more.
A few things to note for the party:
- Waivers will be available and must be signed for children to use the bounce house.
- A couple of KW neighbors are allowing us to use their yards for this occasion, so please be respectful of the grass (no dragging coolers through the yard, etc).
- Everything at this event is free!
Grab a chair and a friend or come meet a new one! Looking forward to seeing you there.

We have collected about 75% of our dues for this fiscal year.

As everyone has noticed, Metronet has been installing fiber optic internet cable in our neighborhood. Although some of us may be excited about faster speeds, few of us have been happy with this process. For any construction issues, you can fill out a form at

Yard signs
Contractor signs are only allowed while work is being done and then must be taken down. Election signs are allowed up to two weeks before an election.
Street parking
Please be considerate of neighbors when parking in the street (no long-term parking, blocking roads, etc).
